Meet Evan

Evan’s first year in real estate was 1999 when he began working with young people and first-time buyers. Since then, his business has grown into the Luxury space and he works with buyers and sellers in all price points.

In 2015 He co-founded the real estate company Avenue Properties, which quickly grew to over 200 agents in just two years and in 2018 sold Avenue to Compass Real Estate.

A compassionate, detailed, and genuine individual, Evan is tailor-made for a real estate career. He enjoys working face-to-face with clients and guide them toward their real estate goals with a supportive, knowledgeable approach. Evan looks forward to the challenges and opportunities presented by each new day.

With 23+ years as a REALTOR®, $750,000,000+ in sales, and hundreds of transactions, Evan understands how to navigate thru all types of market environments and what it means to buy and sell a home. The vast majority of his business is referral and repeat clients, a complement to his ethical approach and track record of success.

Born and raised in Seattle, Evan attended the Lakeside School, and graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Finance. Prior to real estate, he began his career with Nordstrom, followed by the Seattle Mariners, the Seattle SuperSonics and a tech startup; all in marketing and sales roles.

Evan remains active volunteering in the community, coaching youth sports, supporting local youth organizations and enjoys travel, boating, skiing, fishing, architecture, and a nice meal with friends. Above all else, Evan loves being a dad and raising his two sons Zack and Dillon.
